What means the most to me is that Dr. Irma consistently goes above and beyond to help us and make sure my son receives the care he needs. The staff take professionalism to another level, mix up efficiency and warmth such that one coming away feeling like part of a family. We have two boisterous and hyperactive boys - and one on the spectrum- and they look forward to their visits! Addendum- Aug 11, 2026. We had another great visit! We now have a three-year-old daughter who absolutely loves coming here. It doesn’t feel like a dentist visit here at all. It feels like coming home or visiting distant family. Today we had a really positive experience. My son had a tooth extraction and he was so very brave. I owe a bit of that bravery to the dentist and her staff for their encouragement and kindness. I am leaving a four star review because today was a good day. Service is not always good but today was. The front desk staff was kind to me as was the dentist and other members of staff that supported the dentist. There have been times when I’ve interacted with the staff and they’ve not been kind. They sometimes will make you feel bad as a parent because your child does not have stellar award winning teeth but today was a good day. I do pray our interactions going forward are just as good as they were today.Posted on Google

Took my daughter in as a new patient, my daughter suffers from anxiety and does not well in any doctor setting.
The staff was amazing!!! They were super friendly, made my daughter feel so comfortable., the doctor was superb!!! She was patient and explained every step!!!
I highly recommend recommend this beautiful, clean practice!
My son has been coming here since she was 2 he is 4 now and TODAY was the first time I didn't have to hold him so the dentist can do her job. They are very patient. Clean and inviting atmosphere. They always have prizes and treats for the kids once they complete their cleaning. I will continue taking my child here until he ages out. I also have recommended this facility to a bunch of new moms.10/10
My son has been coming to Germantown Pediatrics Dental center since he was 1 yr. old. He's now 8yrs. I have no complaints and the service and professionalism.
We have been coming here for years. My five year old loves it and gets very excited . All the staff greeted us kindly and were very attentive. careful with my daughter. We were in and out in about ten minutes for a cleaning!!Highly recommend this dental office. Also very clean. :)!
Hidden gem!!! If you have a child? And you live in the Rockville to Clarksburg Area? You have to enroll your child to this practice. The dentist is extremely kid friendly. This was one of the first places my kids went to and I moved! My skids experienced 3 other dentists and none of those places compares to this office!!! It's clean! Updated on their equipment? Cares?!! I feel like the care part is so important because little kids hate the dentist!! I swear my little girl in this picture, use to cry in the car knowing she has to go see a dentist but the staff makes things so much easier. I hope I can save another parent some trouble finding an excellent place. There is plenty of parking and with Covid they want you there exactly on your appointment time. Nothing earlier or later. We came early and they told us to come back. Just a heads up. And they accept most insurances, you just have to call for the list. So glad my kids go here!
I am so glad I took my 4-year old daughter here. Dr. Echandy is fabulous with kids! It is clear that she is cares about both providing good dental care and also helping kids to feel comfortable. My daughter had a deep cavity that required a crown, and after her procedure she proclaimed "I love the dentist!" Small touches like demonstrating the water and air tools on her hand really made a difference.
This place is a kids dream! Friendly staff, each dentist chair has a screen with cartoons, toys around, all kinds of things for kids to look at to keep them distracted while getting they're teeth cleaned. My daughters first visit she wasn't into opening her mouth & dr. Echandy and her assistant sang to her the entire time, it was adorable this last visit my daughter was definitely more comfortable & she loved being there!
Dr. Robles and her staff made my daughters' experience as good as it gets. The staff is so friendly (props to Alex) and since my older daughter had braces for a long time due to genetics, we were like family by the time that my younger daughter got her braces. Definitely check them out. Their office space is modern and nice and they even have movies on while you wait. They treat adults too, so my wife will be getting braces before too long.
I think you'll find that they are a big help trying to get your child (or grown-up) through the trials and tribulations of braces!
Very friendly atmosphere. Easy to schedule appointments. Although there are no evening or weekend appointments we booked 7 am appointments. Reminders are provided via text, email and phone.
My children have been visiting both the dentist and orthodontist here for years. Dr. Echandy and Dr. Robles are both fantastic. Great practice, I highly recomend them.
Dr. Echandy is wonderful and my children absolutely love her. My 8 yr old is terrified of dentist and is very sensitive to anything touching his teeth. Our last visit Ms. Mary was absolutely great with my 8 yr old and he tells me that he cannot wait until his next check up 🙂
